We stayed here for two nights and it wasn't all bad. The check-in was smooth and the lady at the front desk was nice. The fridge and microwave were handy, but the bathroom could use some serious upgrades.

Fairly clean, brand-new hotel. Good location, close to Canal & Van Buren. Also - next to the channel as well as Castroville-booked, next Hondo. Large and brand-new room, comfortable bed, public parking. Had satellite television, climate control, and a microwave oven. The staff - nice and affable...

The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating.

I experienced various issues . The room had an unpleasant smell of bleach cleaner. The door frame allowed light to show around the door, leading to safety concerns. It was quite disheartening to feel unsafe in my own room.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I noticed stained sheets in one room, and the shower curtain was unappealing. I encountered issues with the room door being left wide open when I returned, unsettling as a solo traveler.

Initially hesitant, my experience turned out surprisingly enjoyable. The staff was courteous and swift at check-in. I appreciated the clean environment, even though some amenities were not great. Plus, I found the steep pool a rare gem! For a quick getaway, it more than met my needs.

The friendly staff made the check-in seamless, our needs were met. The clean environment and nice pool area added to a pleasant stay!

Bathroom fixtures showed age and needed an upgrade. Mattress comfort was lacking, hard to get a good night's rest.
